1 - If I wouldn't eat it myself, I won't feed it to my birds; if I wouldn't feed it to my own birds, I won't sell it.

2 - When in doubt, I don't. I hand-select all produce used in my foods, and if I even have to question a blemish or spot, I don't use it.

3 - I don't stockpile foods for months just for the sake of quick shipping to our resellers. And I make sure that each item is packaged to maintain freshness once it leaves my kitchen. Each reseller has been educated as to the best and safest storage methods.

4 - I give what is expected and then some. I don't weigh out my 4 oz packages of food including labels and package; I weigh the food only so you get every gram you paid for.

5 - If it is on my labels, it is in the food. If it isn't on the label, it isn't in the food.

6 - I operate with a low overhead and a very low markup to our resellers, and will always do everything possible to keep prices affordable - except sacrifice quality.

7 - I treat all customers equally. If you contact me with a question about my products, you will get my utmost attention and a courteous reply, usually within 24 hours.

8 - I personally care about each and every batch. There's no such thing as "good enough", it has to be "right".

9 - The products I ship have never come into contact with my own flock - or any other birds for that matter, such as at a bird fair or show. I keep my flock healthy and have no health issues; even so, my birds and your foods will never, ever meet, and the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are always applied when my kitchen is being used to create foods for your birds.

10 - I am a Christian and I conduct myself and my business according to the highest ethical principles of honesty and integrity. My business is personal to me, and I put a little bit of myself into each and every order.
